October 10th to 13th – Ride to the Beach

This four-day, blow-out motorcycle event is filled with vendors, bands, bike shows, and more.

RIDE ON!  The streets of downtown Colonial Beach are lined with bikes of every make and model. The town greets 20,000+ visitors and black leather is the popular fashion statement. Make your reservations early because our accommodations and restaurants fill up quickly. The Bike Fest is held on Town Hill and the Boardwalk on the second Thursday – Sunday in October.

ROCK OUT!  Nothing compares to the roar of a motorcycle engine quite like screaming guitars jamming out electric, teeth-rattling tunes!  The Annual Colonial Beach Bike Fest will give you that and more!  Colonial Beach, recently named the #1 beach in Virginia by USA Today, will have 4-days of music on two stages that will rock you to your core.  From local, home-grown bands to national artists, Colonial Beach Bike Fest has it all and we want to share it with YOU!

Fuel formed in 1993 while playing the club circuit in and around Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The band signed to Sony Records and in 1998 released their critically lauded, debut album Sunburn with the massive hit single “Shimmer”.  By 2003, the band had sold over 3.5 million records in the U.S alone.  After leaving the band in 2004, Brett Scallions returned to a reinvigorated Fuel in 2014 and released Puppet Strings which entered the Billboard rock charts at #1.

Members: Brett Scallions (Vocals), Jason Womack (Guitar), Phil Buckman (Bass), Shannon Boone (Drums)

Puddle of Mudd was formed on September 13, 1991, in Kansas City.  To date, the band has sold over seven million albums and has had a string of No. 1 singles in the United States.  Their major-label debut Come Clean has sold over five million copies.  They have released an extended play, an independent album and four major-label albums.  Their most recent compilation album,  re:(disc)overed, was released in August 2011.

Members:  Wesley Reid Scantlin (vocals/guitar), Matt Fuller (lead guitar/backing vocals), Michael John Adams (bass/backing vocals), Dave Moreno (drums/backing vocals)

Longreef is an Australian rock band formed in 2010.   A new fan had this to say after seeing them as an opening act in Myrtle Beach, “They opened the show with a dynamic five song set of originals.  If this is the opening act, the rest of the night is going to be amazing, I thought to myself. And as it turned out, LongReef did such a good job getting the crowd hyped up that all bands that played after them seriously paled in comparison.”

Members:  Josh Barker, vocals/guitar; Nick Miller, guitar; Tristan Davies, drums; and Jim Wark, vocals/bass.

Colonial Beach’s own, Brian and Sally, will soothe you with jazzy sweetness and rock you hard all in one show!

Southern Maryland’s own Flippin’ Eyelids are a true family band.  Three teenage brothers that can rock!  With over 100 public performances, these boys know how to entertain an audience.  Come check out their mix of Classic Rock, Modern Rock, and Oldies.

Rockabilly, Blues, Oldies and Soul. Family friendly old school tunes that will get you up and dancing every time.

Original Surf Rock, Americana, Rockabilly, and Swing. Make sure to rock with us at the show!

New Rock, Classic Rock, Pop & Blues.  We play songs that reach out to all ages. We play your favorite songs, the way you remember them..sometimes with a little twist of Old School!

An 80’s to now rock band.  Stubentiger has a deep love for music that has been poured into countless hours of practice and performance. Their love for music is apparent to all, each time they perform.

The WORX  is an award winning Mid-Atlantic regional band entertaining audiences for over 27 years.  They will impress the hardest critics and leave you wanting to see more.

Alternative Rock.  What started as a group of friends with rock-n-roll dreams hanging out in the garage evolved into a diverse project with hopes of bringing something new to the scene.
